Return Policy
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you change your mind about your order, you can cancel the purchase. You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within a period of 14 days. These 14 days start from the moment you receive (the last product of) your order. To cancel your purchase, you must notify Key to Blossom that you are withdrawing. The fastest way is to contact us directly via e-mail at roos@keytoblossom.nl. We are happy to help you there!
CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL
The 14 days in which you have the time to return your purchase to us, start on the day that you have informed us about your withdrawal. Key to Blossom refunds after receiving the returned products, including any shipping costs charged by Key to Blossom for the returned product (only if the entire order is returned), immediately but within 14 days following the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal.
Unless Key to Blossom offers to collect the product itself, Key to Blossom may wait with the refund until the company has received the product(s) or until you demonstrate that you have returned the product, whichever is earliest. Key to Blossom uses the same payment method for the refund that you used as payment method for your order, unless you agree to another payment method. The refund is free of charge. If you have chosen a more expensive shipment of your returned products, Key to Blossom does not have to reimburse the additional costs for the more expensive shipment.

WHAT TO DO IN THE FOLLOWING SITUATIONS?
- Unfortunately, you ordered the wrong item and would like to exchange it. Simply order the product you would like to receive in our webshop and return the wrong item. You can use our return procedure for this.
- You have received the wrong item(s) or your received order is not complete. Always check after receipt whether your shipment is complete and correct. If an incorrect item has been delivered or an item is missing, please report this to us via roos@keytoblossom.nl. We will ensure that our error is rectified as soon as possible.
- You have received a defective item. If you have received a defective item, please contact roos@keytoblossom.nl.
RETURN PROCEDURE
For returning a product you can use the following procedure:
- You can cancel your order within 14 days after receiving (the last product of) your order by informing us via an email to roos@keytoblossom.nl.
- The purchase must be returned as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after the notification to: Key to Blossom attn. RETURN, Handboog 8, 6852 TL Huissen, the Netherlands.
Also consider the following when returning your product:
- The product must be returned in good condition, which means in its original packaging condition and undamaged.
- Do not write any texts and do not place stickers or adhesive tape on the (packaging of the) product.
- Place the return items in a sturdy box to prevent any damages during transport.
- The return shipment must be sent with sufficient postage.
- The buyer bears the costs and the risk for the return shipment.
It can always happen that something doesn't go quite as planned. We recommend that you first make complaints known to us by emailing roos@keytoblossom.nl.
If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via the Dutch Stichting WebwinkelKeur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consument/geschil.
From 15 February 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr .
If your complaint is not yet being processed elsewhere, you are free to deposit your complaint via the platform of the European Union.
